CSSS Cavendish

The CSSS Cavendish was appointed the implementation and management of the elderly people abuse hotline. Jarca produced the management software for this project.

The system allows:

customer service representatives to create call file specifications,
to manage the files as well as their required follow-ups and interventions,
to generate and visualize numerous pertinent statistics according to the call file or intervention specifications,
to print out detailed call file information including interventions in PDF format.

to have a personalized tool that allows to create and quickly manage call files,
to generate pertinent statistics daily or on request,
to facilitate the work of the customer service representatives so they concentrate on their callers.

Lafrance

Groupe Lafrance is an expert in logistic services and transport

The system allows:

to create, modify, consult or delete containers, cargos, etc.
to create and print their bills either on PDF format or in generic format (for 3 copy printing)
to connect to their Acomba accounting system and automatically upload their bills
to allow their clients to consult cargos or containers and to execute operations on them (such as guaranteeing a payment or delegate the possession of a cargo) by Internet
